连云港鸿云实业有限公司(原连云港外轮航修厂于1979年10月正式投产的港口配套设施，现属于连云港港口集团子公司，厂址位于中国(江苏)自由贸易试验区连云港片区连云区连云港港一号港池1-4号泊位，现有码头靠泊岸线350m，本公司主要承接船舶建造、船舶坞修、港口钢结构制作安装等业务。本公司现有“武当山”号浮船坞一座,总长143米、总宽34.7米、内宽为27米、举力6000吨。

        公司主要配套设备有20T全回转浮吊一艘，50T及25T汽车吊各一台，可移动坞用8T2台，螺杆式空压机7台，26米高空作业车4台,高庄冲水机2台,150T波压式动力平板拖车一辆，综合车间拥有数控切割机、肋骨冷意机、滚板机、半自动仿形切割机、CO2保护焊机、160T/400T油压机、30*3000卷板机、400吨折弯机、行车等设备，配备镗床、车床、创床、铁床、钻床、锯床、118型弯管机、泵压试验设备等相应齐全的焊接设备及加工设施，湿式喷砂设备、机械调時漆设备，般制造配育检测设备探伤仪、测厚仪、涂层厚度测量仪等，公司现有各类专业技术人才22人，高级工程师4人、工程师(中级职称)13人、助理工程师(初级职称)7人、高级技师1人，公司注册资本10000万人民币，本公司通过了CCS船级社GB/T19001-2016/1S09001:2015质最管理体系和GB/T45001-2020/1S045001:2018职业健康管理体系以及WP5焊接工艺的认证，获得江苏省安全生产标准化三级资质。       

获得国家专精特新小巨人企业、国家高新技术企业等称号，承担了国家交通部重点科技计划项目、省级研发机构建设。拥有各类专利55件 并主导参与《纯电动拖轮电池组安装技术规范》等3件标准制定。

公司创新产品——纯电动智能拖轮处于国内领先地位，技术成果达到国际领先水平。产品有效的解决燃油拖轮带来的能耗大和污染物排放严重等问题，为“绿色港口”建设提供了绿色拖轮方案，推动了新能源船舶行业的可持续发展。

          Undertaking key scientific and technological projects of the Ministry of Transport of the People's Republic of China and the construction of provincial-level research and development institutions , with 55 various patents ,the company has won the titles of National Specialized, Sophisticated, Unique and New "Little Giant" Enterprise and National High-tech Enterprise, leading and participating in the formulation of 3 standards, including the Technical Specification for the Installation of Battery Packs of Pure Electric Tugboats.  

        With its technical achievements reaching the international leading level ,the company's innovative product, called the pure electric intelligent tugboat, is in a leading position in China, effectively solving the problems of high energy consumption and serious pollutant emissions caused by fuel tugboats, providing a green tugboat solution for the construction of "green ports", promoting the sustainable development of the new energy ship industry.
